Who we are
André has both a degree in Communications from the University of Ottawa and is a graduate of the Culinary Management Program at Algonquin College.
He has worked in many different settings, including large chain operations, hotels, food styling for Foodland Ontario, to doing work with the Chef of the British High Commission both at the Residence as well as his personal Bistro and finally transitioning to a Catering Chef and Product Developer working alongside Ottawa's most affluent residents such as Prime Ministers, Ambassadors and Popular Canadian Artists.
He moved to Simcoe County in 2010 in order to open a specialty food shop. When he finally decided to close his operations in 2020 he was operating a 90 seat full service restaurant, 35 seat café, seasonal high-end café, full service catering, as well as some food service opportunities in manufacturing.
Coaching and consulting on food start-ups and working with long established food operations here in Canada and the United States, he works with entrepreneurs in helping them manage, grow and better their operations from the day-to-day, to new growth opportunities as well as product development challenges. André has assembled a team of specialized Chefs, Pastry Chefs, Butchers and Nutritionists to help bring your dreams to life.
